Excellent Product and Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased close to ten Aura frames for myself, family and frames and recommended a purchase to at least as many others. I love these frames! The frames hold an unlimited number of photos, so there is not need to delete some in order to add more. If something happens to a frame (like dropping it) and it needs to be replaced, all of the photos stored in the old frame can be transferred to the new frame. Any person to whom you invite to post photos on a frame, can do so from anywhere in the world. It’s a wonderful gift for aging family members as it allows them to stay in touch of what is going on with the younger members of the family. My 95-year-old mother (and my similar-aged father-in-law) each love their frame and it keeps them entertained. It is possible to display a particular photo in a frame to which you have access; I use this when calling my mother, to discuss a particular photo with her - so that we can both see the photo at once - me on my phone and she on her Aura frame. I can’t say enough positive things about the frames and the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this frame! After getting it, both my daughters got one then my husband said he wanted one so I bought him one too. I went on a girlfriend trip and we took tons of pictures I was going to put all the pictures on a thumb drive and hand them out. But I decided to purchase each of them an Aura Frame and load it with all of our pictures before they received them. They each said it was the best gift they ever got!
