Great looking frame - photo syncing falls flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll make this as short and sweet as I can. The frame is of great quality and has a very sharp, bright picture. The software that allows you to sync to google photos - well, that needs some work. While I understand syncing photos is quite an involved and delayed process, after much back and forth with the company, I’m left with many of my photos not being synced. The problems are you can’t ever seem to get an accurate count of total photos synced despite waiting days and following a series of steps, that is everything short of standing on your head and counting backwards. Nor are you given a reason that some photos won’t sync (other than there are likely duplicates - which I validated there aren’t). At the very least a list of WHAT photos won’t sync - or HAVE synced would be nice. Anyway. I put a lot of work into each of my albums and at this stage it’s more work to return the item than to just try to sync the pictures I can. I’m sure there will be improvements in the future, so I’m just standing by for who knows how long. If you really don’t care if all your pictures sync and you just want a beautiful frame then this is the product for you. Honestly there aren’t a lot of equally good looking frames. Just sad it falls short with the photos syncing.

Creates a special link between us:) Also, had to call customer service to figure out how to set up prior to giving as gift and they walked me through it all! Definitely will get one for myself! Excellent quality
