The app and frame are very easy to use. I have recently bought a frame for my parents in another state for Christmas. I even preloaded it remotely with over 200 photos so that they can enjoy it right away. I was also very easy to set up on my wifi network. It’s a great product.

Great - but could be greater!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had first seen such a frame at my late son's dinner party 20 years ago and was fascinated. I hadn't seen an ad about these frames until I read about them in The NY Times a week and a half ago and proceeded to buy two - one for my daughter's family, and one for myself. There can be many improvements, but Aura remains exactly the same for 20 years. The basic improvement would be to install a slot for a disk, so one's pictures could be copied into categories: mine are my art production, but it would be wonderful to pull out a disc and insert one of travel, one for friends and personal events, one for just great photos, etc. Also, I dislike the split screen when horizontal pictures are split into two equal pictures per frame. There should be an option to show the entire vertical picture with two dark bands on each side.
