The frames have been great during the pandemic when we live so far apart and can’t travel. The frames help us stay connected and watch each other’s kids grow.

too complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is great but if this is a gift for a non-tech person (grandparent…) it is really not user friendly. It’s too complicated. And the video has no sound, and is cut off at 30 seconds. There is a better product out there if you are looking for a grandparent/ non techie gift.
