I ordered the frame as a gift for my grandma. The ordering and set up was easy and straightforward. I was able to set up the frame with photos remotely before my grandma even turned it on. After my grandma connected it to her wifi, I was able to remotely change the settings of the frame, etc., making it very easy to interact with for myself and my grandma!

Easy to navigate even for an elderly Grandma that is not tech savvy. Love having lots of family photos on my frame without having to print them all or pulling out an album!

This is the best gift! I got one at Christmas from my son. It was super easy to set up. My son had already prepped the frame with a special message. I have so enjoyed seeing new pictures pop up from friends and family. I wanted my husband to have one for work office. So i gave him a frame for Father’s Day. I was able to have family members upload pictures prior to him getting the frame. It was super easy to set up my special message. My photos and message were the first thing he saw when the frame was turned on i have recommended this product to several people. It is a purchase I will make again for future gifts.

This is our 4th frame, first 3 were gifts for grandparents. This one is for us. So easy to set up remotely for those who are technically challenged. App is so easy to use and keeps the whole family connected.

Our family has purchased several Aura frames and we love being able to share our pictures. The frame itself ( we have the Mason Luxe ) is really beautiful, sleek and looks great in any decor. The picture quality is wonderful - really makes us feel connected. We recently had a family member who was hospitalized and ordered one to help support him during an extended hospital stay - there was an initial glitch with delivery but when I reached out, Lisa from Customer service responded within an hour and worked with me to rectify the situation right away - she was kind and super responsive - something that is not always the case these days unfortunately. I can’t recommend both the Aura frame product and their service highly enough!! Well done Aura - I thank you!

So easy to set up and use

Automated setup takes you through a few easy steps. Adding pictures to the frame from an iphone is as easy as setting up a shared album and adding pictures to it. Lots of products could learn from Aura's ease of use.
