Great gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I can get pictures from my children when they are on trips, and very time I pass by it it brings a smile from another memory. I have all my favorites on it! It has a beautiful display resolution, and is so easy to set up and use. I was so delighted with it, I gave 4 as gifts soon after I got mine.

Horrible wi-fi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pictures and features were great, but it had a terrible time connecting to my wi-fi. I unplugged it when I went on vacation and I couldn’t get it to reconnect. I went through all the troubleshooting steps many times to no avail. It wouldn’t even connect to wi-fi inches from my router. I even tried a totally different wi-fi (ATT hot spot) with no luck. They sent me another and I have the same issues. My daughter sent us a Skylight and it works perfectly. You have to pay monthly for features that are included with Aura, but it works reliably. I expected a better product given all the great reviews. To be fair, I sent one to my 89 year old mom and she doesn’t have any problems.

Nice but not perfect

Easy to use

When I click on a picture in my apple Photos app and share, Aura pops up as an option, which makes it very easy to use. My father and his visitors love looking at the pictures.

We Love Aura

We just welcomed our third grandchild and he has joined the other two in taking turns warming our living room and my wife’s office every day and night. And unlike static pics, the whole family can post their latest pics and enjoy them together on our Auras.

For xmas I bought one for each of our adult children and they all said it was the best gift in a long time. Not sure if this is a commentary on our gift giving or the quality of the product. Everybody loves these frames, the quality of the picture, the ease of use, and the customer support. We can share pictures throughout the family.
