Great except for the network problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've enjoyed the pictures on Aura so far. The quality is great and its the rotating photo album display is a really cool concept. Unfortunately it randomly disconnects from our network and the display now feature from the app doesn't work for us.

Better than I dreamed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Carver Mat for my wife's 96 year old mother. It was very simple to set up and I first emailed some photos which quickly appeared on the device. I then emailed a number of relatives and explained the options of using the app or emailing and within a day we had over a hundred family photos. Some used the app, some email.
I initially suggested horizontal orientation to fill the frame but when I viewed hem on the frame, it had automatically placed vertical photos of the same group two to a page. The quality of the photo is superb, and I love the fact that everyone's photo shows up on the app. The only suggestion I have is to offer a view time shorter than 15 seconds. But that is minor. This is a really well designed frame and app and I highly recommend it!

It's easy for my 67 year old mother to use and we love sharing all the goofy pictures that might otherwise waste away on our phones. The process is super simple from start to finish!

Great frame, terrible interface!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Giving three stars as the frame itself and app are great. It's extremely disappointing there is not a web based application. This frame is heavily marketed towards grandparents and mine are much more comfortable on a computer than a smart phone. Additionally the frame's "touchbar" (not touch screen) is very confusing to use. Long and short holds? Again, heavily marketed towards grandparents and you have a confusing set of touch related actions? There's only a few options! Like on and off...why were these not just buttons? I bought these as gifts and they will work but woah pretty disappointed in some of the edge features and why these never came up in reviews for frames.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the frames! It’s so nice to have these frames because it allows our family to connect from afar! The grandparents love to see the pictures that just get added to the frame so easily. Delivery was quick too! I would probably make the time for each picture to be seen a minute long instead of 2 minimum. Other than that, they are so neat!
