Amazing product

We recently moved 6 hours away from my in-laws, to whom we are very close. It has been very hard on them and our kids. Adding photos and videos to their Aura has made that process a little easier and my mother in law frequently raves about how happy it makes her. I will be buying more units for my parents and grandmother.

I really like my Aura but have been experiencing an issue where as I keep seeing the same pictures over & over. To date I have loaded over 1000 pictures & the rotation just doesn’t seem to happen. I’ve followed troubleshooting steps & it did not fix the problem. Overall it is wonderful to be able to look up & see something to jog a memory

We really enjoy our Aura frame. Even our kids stop to watch the videos. The pictures are clear and are simple to upload. We have been pleasantly surprised how much our whole family has enjoyed this digital frame. Great product and makes a great gift for grandparents.

We ordered the frame and my brother helped my Mom connect it to WiFi, but she was able to see pictures we had pre loaded once he got it hooked up. We have an older one our daughter got us, and the only thing we have realized is that we have to delete some of the older photos so that the new ones show up more frequently.
