We gave this to my husband for father's day. I had the kids each send their favorite photos and we were able to easily hand him a gift that was ready to go with all of the favorite photos from family members.

Easy set up, so much fun to view

I was surprised how easy it was to set up as a gift and then how easy it is to add photos any time I want. And, always great fun to see what photo will roll through the Frame. Way better than keeping the photos only on my phone.

Product good - support not so much

I'm trying to submit a request to Customer Care but the program won't allow me to submit my query. I have previously had good experience with Customer Care, but when the system for requesting support isn't working, not having any option for connecting with a human is problematic.

My adult children can send photos of their children to be seen by grandparents and great grandparents. The photo quality is excellent. The frame is designer quality. We can all see and enjoy what the families and babies are doing on a device that delivers images and videos close to real time. It’s wonderful!

Fantastic frame

I purchased this frame as a Mothers Day gift and it is fantastic. First, easy delivery and clear instructions on how to upload photos ahead of time so the frame is ready to go when it is opened. Second, it looks great - fairly close to a physical photo. Lastly, I really like the controls - both being able to set how frequently photos change in the app and being able to physically advance them on the frame itself. The entire family loves it : )
