I had originally purchased my first frame to use at my workplace. However, after setting it up at my home, my family didn't want it to go. Its so nice seeing family pictures throughout day as the frame changes the photo about every 20 - 30 minutes. It even smart enough to shut itself down at night after the lights go out. Then turn itself back on in the morning when the lights come back on. Multiple members of the family can add photos to the frame by each having their app installed, so no emailing/messaging photos back and forth. I bought my second frame as a gift for my parents (specifically my father) so that they can see our photos as well and enjoy remembering family moments. However, the second frame didn't arrive even though the courier said it had. I wasn't sure if the frame was going to make for a father's day present, but Aura was able to send a second frame to me having it arrive just before father's day weekend! This speaks to the level of professionalism and the company's drive to ensure we their customer receive the best level of care and satisfaction. Truly something rare in today's cut throat economy. Thank you Aura for your product and for your service. It puts a smile our faces each day.

The frame was super easy to order and get set up before wrapping it. I loved being able to set it up with pics before she opened it. And our kids love dropping in pics from time to time which keeps the stream fresh!
