I bought this for three family members and everyone has absolutely loved it!!! The set up and app are so user friendly. It is the perfect way to share pictures with loved ones so they can see them other than right when they receive the text

given as a gift. Exremely well received.. Friend has hundreds of pictures on phone, Felt he could pick his favorites and view them at his leisure. He will never lose them. My best gift idea ever.

Amazing Gift!

I ordered the Mason frame as a Christmas gift for my parents, and my entire family is in love with it! I ordered it the week before the holiday, and we received it on time and in perfect condition. The resolution and colors are gorgeous, the pictures can still be seen from the side and at various angles, and the Live Photos make us feel like we're in Harry Potter and bring many smiles to our faces. We used the gift set-up, and my siblings and I pre-loaded pictures of the grandkids, and I do have to say that it took a while for all of the photos to load, but it's okay if you're patient because the quality is worth it (at first, it looped through the same 20 or so pictures, but then it slowly added more pictures each time, and by the next morning, all 250+ photos were loaded). Long story short: I know what I'm asking my husband to get me for Mother's Day, and I would recommend this product to anyone based on the initial experience. I'm hoping that it's durable and stays this amazing with time.

Great frame - mediocre app

The Aura frame itself is great. Gave it to my mother-in-law as a Christmas gift and she LOVES it.The picture is crisp and bright and even my very non-techie mother-in-law can add pics and users to the frame.The downside: The Aura app is pretty limited. It's wide open - so anyone can add anyone to the frame and the owner of the frame has no control over it. Everyone can see all the pictures on the frame and everyone has the ability to add or remove any photo on the frame. So, uncle Joe could remove pics submitted by Aunt Harriet and vice-versa. Not a lot of control from the app itself.I would have given this photo frame 5-stars but for the poorly designed app. The frame itself is great. Excellent quality. Excellent picture. Easy to use. That app though....

I got an Aura frame as a gift from my daughter in law. Love it so much I got my daughter one for Christmas so we all three can share pics. It’s wonderful!
