[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one and love it. I got one for my father (96 years old). I set it up for him in my home and then sent it to him. Supposedly all he had to do was plug it in and it should start displaying pics. All it says is something to the effect of "Trying to find modem" I know I entered his his Admin Username and Password. Is there any way I can troubleshoot from my location 1000 miles away? My sister lives near him but she refuses to download the app on her phone. Can I get into his frame on my iPhone? I do have it set up for my Aura and his.
