I ordered the frame as a gift and Cat (Aura rep) talked me through the set up / how to preset WIFI etc to make it as easy as possible for the recipient. Cat was prompt in answering my message / calling me, patient with my Q’s and very helpful. She also provided her email for me to contact her directly in case anything goes wrong when the recipient recv the gift. Wonderful customer service.

Easy to set up before the recipients even got the frame. I love that we can all easily contribute from the app! What a fun way to get photos off our phones into a very sleek, polished frame.

Great gift for new grandparents!

My wife and I have an older (discontinued) model that we love, particularly since we have a thousand photos of our now one year old daughter. We bought one as a gift for both sets of grandparents this year and they both love that they can have unlimited photos of their granddaughter and family can add to them at any time from any place!

Frame doesn’t connect to device via Bluetooth. App is not intuitive. Poor user experience.
