More down sides than I expected

There are definitely glitches with the picture frame. Some pictures don’t upload, the videos take forever to load so it just sits on that screen for a while. I’d you accidentally upload a live picture from an iPhone it plays it as a video. And it has to be in close proximity to your WiFi router. The concept is good tho and my mother in law likes having an easily reloadable frame versus a USB

Excellent. Great customer service and a wonderful product. The frame has been easy to set up and use. Several family members share photos regularly. It’s been a way to share great memories with grandma and the whole family. I highly recommend the Aura frame.

Love thèse! We got them for Mother’s Day for my mom and MIL. They were both able tk set them up very quickly despite not being particularly tech savvy people. It’s perfect to share pictures of our kids with grandparents.

I bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day and she is thoroughly enjoying it! She loves how easy it is to upload her own photos from the app, and I love that I can send my own updated photos from out-of-town!

Aura works as advertised and looks great on our kitchen island. Connected to your phone, and others to whom you give access, we were loading pictures while Aura was still in transit. When my wife opened and turned it on as a Mother's Day gift, there were already pictures our kids had downloaded. Aura Images are as crisp as their source photos. Control options allow for changing the speed at which the photos progress, along with other useful features. This has proven such a great addition to our living area, we're thinking of getting another one for another spot in our home.
