The support was helpful and the pictures were easily transferred from my Mother’s old frame to the replacement frame. I was able to get the old one back up and working again for about a week. Unfortunately it stopped working again. However, my wife liked it so much I’m interested in purchasing a new frame.

We received our frame for Christmas from our daughters. Now they send pictures to it and we are always delighted to see the new ones. When you live away from your children it is a great way to stay in touch. I have started buying these for gifts for my girls now! We all share pictures. Very simple to use!

Experience with two- Great Product

We originally purchased one for my mother in law so she could see photos of her great grandkids. Set it up as a gift. It had minor issues getting to connect to her wifi. Since that smooth sailing. The second one I purchased for your house, in about 5 minutes had it set up and looking at photos. It is great just to be able to email photos as an attachment and they magically appear on the Aura screen. Great product.

Not to shabby! The app is great and user friendly. I can easily load pictures on my mom’s frame from 2800 miles away, magic!

I love this Frame we got multiples for family for holidays, wedding gifts, baby shower gifts. It is a great way to display family memories. I find it is also very healing in the grieving process to help with the loss of my mom, to remember the good times.
