My daughter and I brought an Aura frame with us to visit 98 year old cousin in CA. We live on East Coast and her visits with us are no longer possible. She is delighted with seeing her extended family with up to date photos and enjoys sharing them with friends in her assisted living complex.

It’s so easy to send pictures and the parents love it. The whole family (spread across the country) can send photos and videos at any time!

The frame and concept is wonderful. Friends and family can post pictures seamlessly rather than forward pics for one to fix to screen. Removal of pics is effortless. I understand there is no limit of pics for posting on this frame. If only posted pics could be downloaded. to phone albums.

Everything from ordering, delivery, set up and photo download has been effortless. The packaging is beautiful and so is the frame. I have already downloaded over 2000 photos!!! Incredible product.

Really love this frame!

Purchased this a couple months back for my mom, who is very technically challenged. I definitely researched user-friendly frames which could be enjoyed by an entire (and spread out) family. I was amazed at the ease of set up once we opened the frame. We have appreciated the many options available for loading pictures to the frame, and I love everything about the app and its super intuitive interface. It’s fun to be able to see the frame and the pictures as they are appearing on my mom’s frame. I love the unlimited family members can send pictures and see everyone else’s contributions. It’s like an internal social media site for sharing pics. It was such a hit with my mom that two different family members have decided to buy frames for others in their families. No complaints whatsoever!

This is GREAT for Parents

I got this for my parents. They have 4 kids and 3 grandkids so they like to see pictures of the family. I gave everyone the information and it makes their day for them to see their kids, their brothers and sisters (in their 80s and 90s) and just feel us there when we're not physically there. The delivery was fast and there were no problems. I set it up for them. I had no questions so there was no need for service. The quality of the pictures is great and the family is happy with it.
