Aura was excellent to work with. The frame works like a dream... very easy for my parents to use and they LOVE it. The upfront cost seems big but was so worthwhile. There are no on-going fees and there is un-limited space. My dad has spent countless hours in his chair by this frame.

I would recommend this product, as a matter of fact I bought a frame for myself and gave one away as a gift. The only issue I had was in initially uploading pictures. The troubleshooting guide recommended getting in the same room with the router. After I did that it worked wonderfully!

I wish we would have had frame for years now. We have to 4 daughters and 2 have grand babies living out of state with military. All the time they post new photos to our frame. Love it. The frame sleeps when the lights go out and instantly on when tur on lights. I will be buying one for my mother.

I was given an Aura as a gift and I recently gave one to my mother. It's easy to add pictures to both frames using the companion Aura app. I have not been able to figure out how to steal an image from another frame though. This might be a good feature. It was relatively easy to give the frame as a gift with pre-load images, but there were a number of careful steps to that process. A couple of times I thought it was not working, but ultimately it was successful. I would recommend that the gifter also be there to setup the frame at the time of giving, because a giftee may be confused by the process.

I have gifted this frame to my mother, grandmother and mother-in-law at this point and I can easily update pictures for all three using the Aura app! Highly recommend!

My dad is so hard to shop for - but after I bought one of these for myself, mom, and grandma - getting one for my dad was a no-brainer. And he loved it! He adds pictures all the time and now I don't have to worry about texting him pictures of his grand babies - because I can send them to his aura frame and its always a sweet surprise.
