My Mom got one for Christmas from my sister, so I got one for us this February. We loved it, so we got one for each of our 3 kids and their families. I think they have continued making purchases for their in-laws as well. It is wonderful to see everyone's photos.

Shuffle issues

I love the frame and enjoy our family pictures on it. We have loaded 1000+ pix. It isn’t a deal breaker, but the shuffle programming is poor. With 1000 to choose from, we get a LOT of repetitive pictures - and some that never appear. Customer service is responsive and friendly regarding resetting the frame, but the shuffle… or rather, not-very-shuffled issue remains.

The Aura application and account are easy to set up and begin saving your favorite photos. I love this product and highly recommend for all ages. It is so easy to upload your pictures and share with other family members and friends as well. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to resize your pictures to the orientation of your frame in bulk rather than pulling up one picture at a time.

We bought this frame for my mother who wanted to see pictures of her grandkids who live far away. It was really easy to set up and she has already had hours and hours of enjoyment watching the photos cycle through.

This was a gift but both recipients absolutely love their frames. It was very easy to set up and so neat that I was able to load photos in advance that they saw immediately upon setup.
