We gave this to my 77 year old parents for an early Christmas gift. It was very easy to use. The directions were written well. It's a way to connect all year long when you can't all be together. Highly recommend!!!!!

I love these frames, bought one for myself and my Aunt last Christmas. My Aunts went kaput and I couldn’t get it to work. I called customer service and in less than 5 minutes they are shipping me a new one for her and sent me a label to send the non-working one back. I was so impressed with their friendly customer service and this neat frame that I bought my Mom and Mother-in-Law one for this Christmas!

Received the Auraframe as a gift from my daughter and son in law . Living out of state, it is the perfect gift to stay close to the people I love. It is easy to use, with clarity of pictures.
