Great gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once we got the frame up and running, it has worked beautifully. We bought the frame as a gift for my grandparents so they could see old and new photos directly. The ability for family members to upload photos remotely is a really fantastic feature. The only caveat to the product is that someone needs to be physically present to connect the frame to Wi-Fi. As many of us live distantly, the frame sat untouched until one of us was in town and able to connect the frame for them. Had I understood that more clearly, I would have had the frame delivered to my house, set up there, and then transported to my grandparents for plug and play. Otherwise, a really fantastic gift that continues to make them happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very easy to set up and understand. Things I’d change: the option for photo playlists (for example, holiday photos). Also, an Aura app for iMac. Most of my photos reside on my computer and I preferred uploading from there because I can review photos first on a large screen instead of small device. Otherwise the process uploading through web browser was way too slow and laborious

Her friends who have come by love it too. Aura Frames are so nice to bring the family together and share what’s going in with our lives.
