The Perfect Gift - Aura Frames!

My experience with Aura was very easy and very positive. I gave two Aura Frames as gifts to family members and they were delighted! Aura had so many options and helpful communications to allow me to add photos to their frames if I wanted to do that, which was a wonderful and fun option.

I purchased this frame for my sister and her fiancé to celebrate their engagement. Being able to load the frame with a congratulatory message and some pictures from their relationship made for a wonderful surprise. The couple have been adding photos through the app since its arrival. We live in separate states and this has made for a nice was to connect!

I have given a frame to many of my family and friends now. Always gets raves. I can add many pictures before they open it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aura is so easy to set up and to continue adding pictures. And those pictures sure brighten my day. This was a gift from our son so we can keep up with our grandson. We love it so much, we have gifted it to our (other) daughter-in-law and son who just got married.

We were really excited to find a frame of this quality and functionality. We had an issue with the shipping address. There wasn't an easy option to update/change shipping address after the order was places so we had to contact customer service. It took a few emails but they resolved the issue for us (thank you Quint!). The pre-upload option for gifted frames is super easy to follow - you can generate a link in case you want other people to add to the frame but aren't able to access the app.
