This was such a wonderful gift to receive for Mother's Day. It was easy to set up and when I had a problem, customer service was really attentive.

Too hard to set up, but once done, it is great.

Too hard to set up, but once you figure to how to make it work (my secretary had to do it for me) it requires no more attention, and is Great. Now, I love it.One strange fault: there is no on/off switch. You cannot turn it off - only way is to unplug it !

We are 3,000 miles away from our only grandchild and having Aura allows us to have on going updated pictures as well as review older ones as she grows. It is easy to use and great for multiple family members to share pictures through the app. Highly recommend.

Ordering was easy, frame is expensive, but my parents love it. App makes it easy for all users to share pics and also view other peoples pictures unlike some other photo frames. Easy set up, shuts off at night, love the swipe options to get through pictures quicker. Overall very pleased, may even get one for myself.

I have given two of these and have totally delighted the recipients. These frames are significantly improved over the original digital frames - they look better and have easy-to-use features. Aura's customer service is fantastic.

It was so easy to set up, load pictures, ask others to share and my Mom loves it! I keep loading pictures so it stays current, which matters to a Grandmother who is 8 hours away! Love this frame!
