We have multiple frames. Apparently photos must be added to each frame separately. This doesn’t make sense. Why can’t we have one account that updates all of our frames with the same photos?

We have it displayed in a location that we pass by frequently during the day. One of the photos always catches our eye and, no matter what else is going on, it always brings a smile to our face.

Given as a gift to my parents - I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to upload photos! It has a beautiful frame, and is a nice addition to their home!

My family LOVES their Aura frames!

Showing family photos is a nice way to remember good times. We regularly glance at the frame to see a pic that reminds us of a good time. My first frame was a gift. Since then, I bought one for a just married daughter and one for my mom on her 85th birthday! Customer service with Mark has been fantastic. When I needed help with set up or to send my gift I got a quick response. When I had trouble with my frame, Aura was there to replace it. The Aura frame is an excellent gift to yourself or anyone that you love!

Great setup process. I liked that I could preload the frame with tons of pics during the shipping process. Both my parents got a frame and said the setup on their end was a breeze. The app indicates which photo is showing in real time so I can call my mom and talk about the new photos I add. I wish there was a way to add a comment to each pic so they could see "Trip to Chicago 2016" like we would normally write on the back of a photo. Also, this frame has a rough texture which doesn't feel nice when you're looking for the touch pad on top.

We received an Aura frame from our children as a gift. We love it so much we bought one for our parents. They are enjoying it immensely - especially in this time of social distancing. We can send them photos even though we cannot be with them in person. Ordering and set-up processes were easy. Highly recommended.

Setting up an account and loading photos was so easy (for my siblings across the country too), with a very functional and intuitive app, so the frame was loaded with plenty of fun pics when it arrived as a gift at my mom’s. Great communication from Aura on shipping too.Fantastic gift- my mom loves it, especially how “live” photos (from iPhones) play out like a video before holding the key image. I love that we can all easily add photos we want her to have, from wherever we are in the world!
