we are really enjoying the frame. the setup was a little rough, likely due to the fact that it was purchased as a gift for my wife, and there was some confusion in the account mapping. Your customer service rep went above and beyond in helping get it fixed. Kudos to that guy (Tim?).

Ordered this frame online, it came in a reasonable amount of time and was not damaged. Gave it as a gift to my parents, they absolutely love it. Easy to set up, easy to add pictures through the app. Highly recommend!

I bought two of these frames for my mom and mother in-law as a hostess gift for my baby shower. They are both in love with their frames! It is so easy to add photos to both frames at the same time of their new grand baby and they can’t wait to see what photos I’ve added for them each day! Very easy to use product and the image quality is fantastic! I have already recommended this product out to many of my friends and family.

We have a frame ourselves and bought one for my parents when our first grandchild arrived. It is easy to set up and add photos too and we love it!

This is such a great gift. I got it for my husband for fathers day and preloaded it with photos. He plugged it in and loved it! Our kids were able to upload some of their favorite photos from long distance which made it even more special.
