We love our Aura Frame

We were given an Aura frame for Christmas this year by our son and daughter-in-law. Since then we can’t help but look at the frame every time we we go by to see what new pictures have been downloaded of our 15 month old granddaughter. We subsequently gave an Aura frame to my 90-year-old mother who is in assisted-living. It’s perfect for her because the whole family can load new pictures remotely to keep her involved in the family and show off pictures of her great grandchildren. It’s a fantastic product that enhances the memories of the most important things in life, especially during these extraordinary times.

I ordered two frames for different people. They are easy to use, the app is easy to use and I like that multiple people can upload to device.I wish videos were supported.

Great gift for the grandparents

Great experience. Had some issues initially setting up as a gift for someone, but the folks at Aura responded quickly and were helpful, even though by then I had worked it out on my own. It is so fun for all the kids and grandkids to send her photos that instantly appear on her screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Frame, easy set up, very easy to use. Gave as a gift to my mom for mothers day. She loves it especially since everyone lives in different states and we can all just send pictures to her frame.

Obsessed with our Aura Frame!

Beautiful quality frame, this isn’t your typical digital picture frame. The photos can be posted easily and appear within seconds on the frame. Several people in my family have these frames, and adding photos to multiple frames is very easy to do in the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Picture quality great, app doesn't work very well

Picture quality is great and it's pretty beautiful displayed on the frame. However, working with the app to upload thousands of pictures is a pain and doesn't work very well. Additionally, the metadata doesn't get transferred over to the frame when uploading from Google Photos, it also doesn't seem to show the accurate date (it's one or two days off always) when the picture was taken. A lot of things can be done to improve the app for sure.
