I am so pleased with my purchase for my Mom this past Mothers Day! Now I want one too! Mason frame was super easy to set up and my brother and sister both added pictures! I am recommending this frame to EVERYONE!

Technical issues

The frame experienced technical issues where the photos wouldn’t advance. I contacted the company and they responded right away. They explained that they were aware of the problem and in the process of fixing it. After a few weeks of back and forth communication with them, they finally were able to fix the problem. My contact, Katherine, was great to work with.

We loved it so much that we bought two one for each grandma for Mother’s Day this year. They love them and it is so easy to add pictures so our mom’s can keep up with their grandkids by simply sharing photos through an app. Highly recommend this frame!!!!

It's a beautiful frame, but disconnects from wifi often and I don't know how to get it reconnected often times.

Perfect gift for my mom!

I sent an Aura frame to my mom for Mother’s Day this year and I think it’s her favorite gift in years. Nearly every time we talk, she mentions it, which is the best feeling. :) She lives several states away and I don’t get to see her often, but being able to frequently update photos in her rotation makes us feel more connected. The app interface is also easy enough for her (a 74 yo tech-phobe) to use without a problem. I was skeptical buying something off an Instagram ad, but I’m so satisfied and would highly recommend!!
