Very good. I purchased for a Mother’s Day gift. Arrived quickly and it was easy to set up by my 73 year old mother. Easy to send her photos with APP

My dad is obsessed with looking at pictures of his grandkids so naturally I thought this would be a perfect gift for him. The frame is nice and of good quality and I was pleasantly surprised with how clear the picture quality is! It's definitely not cheap but a gift like this is worth splurging a little.

Perfect Mother’s Day gift

With siblings spread all over the country, an Aura frame was the perfect Mother’s Day gift for our mom. We loved that we can upload photos to her whenever we want, and that all she has to do is sit back and enjoy the new photos. What could be better than seeing kids and grandkids everyday? It really is the perfect gift. We highly recommend it.

Started out great, but glitchy now

I have to admit, I am a little bummed. I spent more than I intended on this brand, as a gift for my mother, because I thought it was going to provide the best quality. Turns out, our pics are not going through to her frame, even though on my app it says they are there. I was hopeful, but now I am a little disappointed. My mother said customer service was nice, and the engineers are working on it. Just bummed. My grandmother got a skylight and it has worked perfectly. Hoping it will get fixed

The product is beautiful and great picture quality. The help from customer service was good. I wish there was a shuffle pictures option and an option to add captions to pictures uploaded in the app. Another less critical thing would be that there is no other option but the app to upload pics. Other competitors offer an email upload which would be mice for pics from your computer or for grandparents without smart phones. You could also have a desktop app option that would work. Overall a good product though, bought one for my parents and my grandma. I want one next!

I purchased this for a less than tech savvy gramma!! We were able and continue to upload photos remotely… Great during regular times.. even better during Quarantine!!
