So easy to set up!

I was a little nervous setting up a frame as a gift before we received it in the mail but it was great! Set up was easy and the frame quality is wonderful! I love how simple the app is and how my family wherever they are can add photos to the frame for my mom to enjoy every day!

My sisters and I ordered this frame for our 90 year old mother for Mother’s Day. She absolutely loves it! The picture is large, crisp colors and easy for her to see. We each have the Aura app and load pictures of our kids, grandkids and family memories. I have one as well and we bought one for my mother in law so when I load pictures to mine I can add to all three! So easy and fast.

The website was super easy to use and the item shipped so quickly! I didn’t need to call customer service but based on my entire shopping experience, customer service seems great. My parents are thrilled about their frame so they can see pictures of the grandkids while they can’t see them in person!

So Far So Good

We’ve only had it operating for just over a day but so far its working well. Easy to plug in, play and set up, although we were hampered a bit at first by not being able to connect with the app due to an “Aura Cloud issue” (but maybe it was just because it was Mother’s Day and others like us were gifting the frame to mom and the system was overwhelmed). The photos look fantastic, I meant, like the were actually made for the frame. Uploading and cropping is a breeze. There is no manual so you’re pretty much on your own when figuring out how to do many things such as timing interval between photos and setting a on/off schedule. Fortunately, with a bit of poking around in the app it was easy to do.

The perfect way to hold and share memories

This frame is not just beautiful but a perfect way to display your cherished photos. Watching the constantly changing array is mesmerizing. We love ours and have given frames to our children so they have their photos constantly on display too.

We ordered Aura frames for my father and for my mother-in-law once we were expecting our daughter. We live long-distance, and the frame allows us to keep them abreast of daily baby updates. They like being able to walk past the frame and see new photos regularly! Great gift and tons of fun.
