Mothers Day Gift

Ordere and shipped the Mason frame as a mothers day surprise and the entire process was extremely easy. The gift arrived on time, easy to set up and after invite many family members have now contributed to the frame. Great way to share pictures of family and loved ones which is really critical during these challenging times.

We love it. The app seems to have improved based on other complaints. The set up went well to connect it to our internet and making an account. The. We took it to my grandmother’s residence and connected it to their WiFi. She was thrilled and loves how all of the family can contribute pictures from their phones. The screen is very high quality. The frame itself looks very nice. The packaging was superb and maintains the high quality of the product.

Great gift for grandmothers (& great grandmas) during these times

I bought my mom a frame so all of her 10 grandkids could add photos since they aren’t seeing her in person for the foreseeable. I needed to go to her house to set it up for her. She has an ancient phone but the Aura app downloaded on it with no problem & I was able to text all 10 the link so they could add photos remotely. When I left, the fun had already started! They were adding Christmas photos, current ones, and some goofy ones. She seemed to be getting a kick out of it so I’ll encourage them to continue!

The gift sign up was very easy- all members were able to add photos before the frame was received by the recipient. So far they love it! They like not having to connect the frame to a computer, they love others being able to add photos (especially as we're all over the world), and they like that everyone can see all frame photos on the app

Great experience. It came within a few days. Had a question about setting up the frame at home and transferring to husband's office. Got a response right away. These frames are very good quality and work well.
