Do not recommend

I do not recommend this lamp. I received it as a gift and was excited but I was only able to turn it on once and it is brand new! I tried all the trouble shooting recommendations to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had mine for almost a year now and it’s my first time purchasing this brand and item. I use it daily about four or five times a week sometimes for more than 8hrs per day. It is bright and the magnifying glass is useful if I don’t have my glasses. Due to often use it may start to loosen up but with an easy twist it’s back to good. It is light weight, the chord is a good length and it doesn’t take up too much space on your counter. I’m a beginner sewist and I enjoy this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's worked well for over 4 years. The arm loosens but is easy to fix. The light is great when you are directly under it but loses steam over 6-8 inches away for super fine detail.

Junk plastic

I bought thos when Jo Ann's was closing and just moved and set up my seeing space. Took it out of the box and it doesn't work.
Also the plastic screws don't even tighten enough for the lamp to sit upright.
What a waste of money, even if it was discounted slightly.

Light didn't last long

I bought this on clearance a couple months ago, started using it last month for my Christmas projects and the bulb died today. I am so disappointed in this product. Now I am having trouble finding a replacement bulb! Horrible experience for me.

Great but does it dim?

I received this as a gift. And I love it for crafts however while working ( on my computers for my job )I need a little light and was wondering if this is dimmable. I think I purchased the wrong one. I needed something with more options

GREAT LAMP!

This lamp is bright and the magnifying glass is perfect (no distortion)! I love that it's portable and I can use it sitting at the kitchen table or in the living room when doing needlework. I will take it when I travel so I can continue to stitch while staying with family.
