Highly recommend!

I think this set was a great product and i would recommend it to higher level builders. You don't necessarily need to like Ninjago to enjoy this set, because it is an underwater exploration set with Ninjago characters. I am 12 and it took me about 6 hours to complete this Lego set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn't complete the build!

There is a string that is used in the early building stages that is too short - preventing you from completing the build. The string in the instructions photo is a lot longer. Multiple people on internet are complaining of the same issue. Now I have parts scattered about because I can't finish building this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Build experience went well but the string included in my set was 23 cm instead of 31 cm so the feature on the back doesn’t work for me other than that good

Best LEGO ever!

I loved this set from building to playing. There are some small quirks but I don't mind. The mech is a bit hard to use and fitting one of the subs is hard too. This is the biggest LEGO I built with 1,159 pieces. Took me about 5 1/2 hours to build. It is an amazing set overall and I would definitely recommend this set!

Interior was lacking

I loved the engines they were so thought out I thought the inside would’ve been too. All we got for the interior was a platform to stand and a wheel…no chairs! With the episode their were chairs! After building the movie, land, and legacy bounty’s this one seems a bit boring.

Hydro Bounty = fun

Really enjoyed this build with my 9 year old for his birthday. It's pretty awesome and I love the scuba mini figs with flippers. Highly recommend

Small But Strong

The LEGO designers made a bold decision when they decided how they would make a miniature pod. They were essential to the water theme of this astonishing, water-based set. Prince Kalmaar's chariot was also a beautiful decision to add a LEGO Sting Ray pulling the chariot was an amazing call. Using the snakeheads from previous sets was a bold decision too. I hope that in the future, LEGO will design more sets just like this. Overall, this set was a beautiful experience, a fun display (for those who display their sets), and a amazingly detailed NINJAGO set.
