Trying to piece together arcade machine one of the wood pieces cracked. I wish the Material was made better . Im hoping the customer service will be friendly and helpful

Retro gaming at its finest. 2 hrs to build and once turn on, all the nostalgia came flooding back. Online is great. Would recommend this particular cabinet for the fighting games and online capabilities.

Came without assembly instructions

Cabinet and everything looks great - just hard to do anything when it didn’t come with instructions and no assembly instructions are available for this model online. Tried generic assembly video but it isn’t the same and am now screwed. Not a great start to my Arcade1Up experience.

Got this for my boyfriend who has been wanting one for the longest. Honestly didn’t even planned on buying one but somehow came upon this when looking for gifts for my family. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait to play more with friends and family. Will definitely be buying more to add on to this.

Unit seems pretty solid, annoyingly there's a big mark on the perspex cover I assume of the screen.
