[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked wonders for my neck and shoulder tension. It can heated in microwave or put in freezer for cooling and swelling. I enjoyed both. The material is soft and doesnt have any smell. It wrapped around and stayed in place perfectly. I am really wondering how i lived before i received this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is extremely nice. You can freeze it or put it in the microwave to treat certain pains or help with swelling. My husband's shoulders hurt him Alot since he loads trucks, and this helps him relax at night. The cool effect helps with his swelling and when it's Irritated. The heat helps his pain and makes it more tolerable. He absolutely loves it, and mentioned it's extremely soft against the skin also. It's also the right size to store into his chair until he's ready for me to freeze it before he gets home or to heat it up for him.

It’s always a good find when you have a product that you can use in more than one way. This wrap can be used for cold or hot therapy. It is a good size which gives great coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Studio Mercantile Neck and Shoulder Wrap works amazing. The design is great, the material is so soft,so it's gentle when it works.
I like that I can use it either hot or cold to relieve my sore neck and shoulders.
The size is perfect to wrap around my neck, shoulders and I even lay it on my knees.
I followed the instructions and used the heat method for my neck and shoulders. I instantly felt the heat working to relieve my soreness and I felt great after using it.
Overall the Studio Mercantile Head and Shoulder Wrap is perfect to relieve mild aches and soreness.
Also, I love the aromatherapy scent,so relaxing .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Studio Mercantile neck and shoulder wrap just soothes the tension of the day away. After a hot day in the garden I use it cold, and when I'm achy from gardening I use it hot. So much better than just a neck wrap!
Very sturdy construction too. I'm definitely a better person with this neck AND shoulder wrap melting the aches away!

Just pop it in the microwave for a minute or 2 to get it nice and warm then all my troubles melt away. The warm heat feels amazing on my tired and shoulders. The aromatherapy helps me relax and smells amazing. The wrap provides great coverage to help relieve any aches and pains. I love that it can be used either hot or cold. Overall, I love this wrap. It has definitely made my long days a bit more bearable. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this I have ever tried a neck and shoulder wrap. I was pleasantly surprised how well it help soothe my neck and shoulders. Heating up was really easy. Only negative would be the beads like to fall to one side.
