Great muscle tension relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get these horrible tension headaches that are actually caused by my muscles in my head, neck and shoulders being too tense and having spasms. They can be debilitating. This heat wrap really helps and brings immediate relief. Pop it in the microwave for a minute or two and you’re done. It contours to easily stay on your shoulders and neck with minimal effort. Awesome product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my neck and shoulder wrap a week ago and have been using it and it works great. You can put in microwave or freezer. It helps with aches and pain in neck shoulder area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I love the relaxing aroma of this wrap and how much the heat helps me to relax at the end of the day. I've had a similar item that was just a long rectangle for a while but love the neck/shoulder shape that keeps this one in place.

Perfect Shape + Soothing Heat and Scents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoulder wrap has quickly become a "must need" item for me. I frequently get
pinched-up" in my neck and left shoulder. It makes it hard to do everyday tasks, including typing (which I need to do for work). I love that this wrap is perfectly shaped to drape around the shoulders, and is weighted enough that it stays in place with moderate movement. It is quick and easy to heat it in the microwave..... and they heat also activates the wonder smell of the herbs inside of it. I find the herbs to be very soothing/ relaxing. I am able to drape this on my shoulders while I work, and it helps to relax my muscles and reduce tension and pain. I also have put it in the freezer to use it as a cold pack, and found that to be soothing as well---but my primary use of it has been heated.
Overall, I have been very happy with this wrap. It is solidly made, and the shape is perfect for targeting neck and shoulder areas. I also appreciate that I do not need to plug-in this wrap, or deal with chords (it gives me more freedom in use and movement).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a few weeks back, I'm so happy with my Neck and Shoulder its easy to use I just pop it in the microwave so it can warm up and I put it on my neck and shoulders and it just keeps me so relax the scent is so soothing. It also has a nice amount of weight to it. Very highly recommend. Quality is excellent and great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is nice. I was not too much of a fan of the scent but the warmth was very pleasant. It felt very soothing and helped me to relax my muscles after a long day. There are better alternatives and I will stick to those.

The weighted (3.43 pounds) item conforms perfectly to your body, and is instantly relaxing. Depending on whether you’re using hot or cold therapy, it can relieve tension, soothe aches & pains, and reduce inflammation. Just heat in microwave (no more than two minutes), or cool in freezer inside a bag (for one to two hours). I would certainly recommend this product to others.
