This Solar panel is powerful enough to keep your Google outdoor cameras charged. When I first connected the two of them, my camera kept running out of juice. After several weeks in the sun, the panel had enough power to keep the camera charged. But you must fully charge the panel by placing it in the sun for several days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using the solar charger on a battery Nest cam in a small chicken coop, seems to keep it going so far.
Received this solar panel for our google nest cam. Our son got tired of hearing his dad complain about recharging the battery so he bought the solar panel as a gift. It is a lifesaver. Works great. No problems, easy to install and endures the CA desert heat.
It was very easy to install, the mount allows 360 degree adjustment. I am in Ottawa, Canada, so our winters are very cold and the sun is low on the horizon and very short daylight hours in winter. I mounted the panel facing south and at the proper angle to take advantage of the available sun. Despite limited sunlight and freezing cold temps, ice and snow this panel has kept the camera battery fully charged all winter.
I purchased outdoor nest cameras for my house and realized it's not a good idea using them cordless for an extended amount of time, when there's a lot of activity. I decided to purchase the Wasserstein solar panels. It's worth 100 percent worth it. I can now leave my cameras running.
