Great look / 1 spark plug broken

Overall I like my new oven. I was a bit disappointed that it arrived with a broken spark plug in one burner but overall great product.

We had this range installed for 2 weeks. After 1 week of barely using it, the gas stove has stopped working. It will spark trying to ignite but there is ZERO gas flow. We’ve confirmed this is an appliance issue with our gas company and all of our other gas appliances and furnaces are receiving gas fine. I reached out to Forno on Monday morning via email with every detail they require for support. I got a lousy reply on Wednesday asking if it was natural gas or propane. I answered. Here we are on Saturday with zero reply or help. I’m 40 weeks pregnant and haven’t been able to cook meals for my family. It’s so ridiculous being that an expensive appliance is already having major problems over my 20 year old GE range that we solely replaced just for looks. I would not recommend buying from this company and wished I read reviews before making this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great, cooktop burners are better than our old Dacor range. Still has not tried the oven.

Mostly great with a few issues

We are emailing customer service to try to resolve a few issues we have with our newly installed Forno Capriasca (FFSGS-6260-36). But overall, we do love this stove so far! It feels very well made and the 6 20k BTU burners are an absolute dream. I'm hoping I can resubmit this review once our issues are resolved because I can easily see this being a 5 star review. It's a little strange to require a review to register the product.

We have just had our Forno stove installed and the stove top works perfect . The oven bottom hot surface igniter does not work. We would like and replacement part. Thank you!

Love the look and all the features available in this oven. Unfortunately the oven rack slides are faulty and that's disappointing based on price/ quality expectations. TBD for overall wispy over time, but can't wait to get started on using it!
