Broiler not working. No phone to talk with rep

Received new stove. It looks amazing. Every thing works but the broiler. 1 800 number just makes you send an email. No one answers the phone. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly

We love the stove-five beautiful burners! The really boil water quickly. The oven is right on temperature and the racks slide perfectly.
The enamel wipes up easily and the stainless steel really shines.
The company is very responsive to emails and calls you back if you need them to call you back.

Nice range

Would be perfect if the glass on the oven door was properly installed. It is sitting inside of the oven door frame. The company said they will get it fixed. We’ll see how long it takes. Other than that, very nice range, BTU output is very strong compared to my last range.
