Quick response from email team very helpful when I had an issue with the range knobs. They sent additional heat protection for the range.

We have not used the unit much yet, we will see how it holds up over time. No idea how the customer service is yet as we are just trying to get service. Order process was fast and easy

Great service not a strong product. Burners don't last long burnt out in less than 8 months nobs broke
