Ignitor went out

We love our oven, but we have had the oven for less than 2 years and the ignitor in the main oven is not properly igniting. Sometimes it will ignite and other times you will smell gas and then it ignites aggressively.

I love the look of the range and have been eyeing it for some time. I finally decided to order it, but I have a line issue. Reaching out to the warranty department for support, I have not gone thorugh this process yet.

Review - Final, Pending response from support

This applaince was damaged. It was not aparent till it was removed from the crate it was shipped in and all of the interior packaging removed. THe side panel and the lower panel on the front are both damage and having sent a email to Frono only have recieved an automatedresponse with a ticket.
