Range oven not working after 3 uses

As soon as we get this issue resolved I would love to increase the rating to 5 stars but as of now will wait until we have a chance to get warranty help.

Looks great and a very powerful oven. Haven't had it that long yet. I will say the stove top burners are to strong and don't seem to adjust to a lower setting well.

This is a very nice range. Has the same quality appearance as super high end ranges like Viking, but one third of the price. We are very pleased with our 48 inch Forno range
