Great second oven for weekday or holiday meal prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven's digital controls are very easy to operate. The Size being larger than the old-fashioned toaster oven makes it possible to use some of your normal sized oven cookware. 9x13 banking pans, quarter sized cookie sheets fit in the oven. The opportunity for use as a second oven for holiday cooking needs was a definite bonus. The simultaneous cooking of casseroles, desserts or dinner rolls is possible with the Black and Decker Convection oven while the primary oven is in use. Cooking times may need adjustment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such a great gadget for us. We can make practically everything in the thing! I would 10/10 recommend!! I have had one other toaster oven in the past and this one blows it out of the water!

Great Oven, poor accessories.

I received this as a Christmas gift, and I have been very pleased with the way it cooks. However, the baking tray leaves a lot to be desired. It is very difficult to clean and looks as of it is beginning to rust. Even when I use steel wool, it will not return to its original color. It's a shame that Black and Decker doesn't give a better baking tray with a product that works so well.

We can't turn our oven on after just one year. This unfortunately renders it totally inoperative.

Thank you for offering your feedback regarding your Black+Decker CTO6335S. I’m sorry to hear your toaster oven stopped getting power, but I'm happy to advise the replacement is preparing to ship via UPS. If you need further assistance with your toaster oven, please reply to the email I’ve sent you from youropinionmatters@spectrumbrands.com so I can address your concerns.

Toaster works great and I have not had any problems with the words coming off. I just can't figure out how to get the guards around the heating element clean since we had liquid drip on it and bake on it. I would like to take them off and clean them if possible? Does anybody know how to do that?

Good oven, with flaws

I've been using this oven for about two years. I use it far more than my oven, and it has held up fairly well.
My biggest gripe is the loudness of the button "beeps". They are so loud (seriously) that I actually bought a different oven to avoid the sound, although that was a bad purchase. The "end time" beeps are quieter than the buttons...why does every single button press have to have a sound?
Sometimes, the arrow buttons will skip an increment, and jump 10 degrees, instead of 5. I don't know what causes it, and it's not every use, but it is often.
Good oven, but not great.

The appliance basically works fine but...

...the broiler drip pan and the grill that lies on top of it take forever to clean thoroughly and the drip pan itself has already developed dozens of tiny rust divots, and I haven't had the appliance for more than a few months! Something has to be done about the drip pan, either make it out of aluminum or something, because it's giving out and my only good choice, it seems, is to go on Amazon and see if they sell more durable drip pans and grills. It's difficult to say I would recommend this product to a friend, all because of the drip pan issue. And that's sad because Black and Decker is such an otherwise reliable go-to for small appliances...

Useful Kitchen appliance

I bought this toaster oven to replace a similar malfunctioning oven. When I first turned it on, the thermostat was 50 degree off, however the temperature appeared to be correct on subsequent uses. Before we bought this oven we tried the Blacker & Decker extra wide oven with dials. It had severe heat loss. The door on this digital oven fits tighter.
