Loved this oven until it wouldn't cut off

I have loved this oven and even bought one for my mother. Suddenly the top burners wont turn off. I've unplugged it, but once I plug it back in the top burners heat back up. Really scary. Glad I noticed it before I left the house with it still on. Can it be fixed?

I bought this about a month ago and am disappointed in the toasting feature, it takes forever to toast an English muffin and constant watching. Also the stainless steel is NOT stainless! One of the reasons I try to avoid anything stainless steel but there was no other choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven, poor pan

My wife and I bought this about 4 months ago. It's been incredible with the way it heats and cooks our smaller meals and frozen prepped meals.
However, the bake pan and interior pan are stained and impossible to clean. Trying to lightly cleanse them, nothing comes up from the finish, and the metal is starting to discolor as well.
What's worse is that I can't find a way to order a replacement. Not the best support for this.

I love my toaster oven - i use it every day. However, the labels on the buttons wore off. Is there a way to get a new face plate?

Digital display Doesn’t work!

I got this for my wedding shower in February. We just hooked it up about 2 weeks ago and the digital display is messed up. Because it was a gift - I have no receipt or anything. I love the oven but extremely disappointed about the display not working!!!!

thought it would work better

i got this as a gift and after 3 months (christmas to now) the digital display won't go above 232 deg, yep just stops there. There's no way to tell what temp its really on, so bake and broil both end there. Is my food even getting to 350 - who knows? it's now only being used as a giant toaster.

You can change the temperature back to ˚F from ˚C by pressing the up and down arrows simultaneously.
