Wrong Dementions

I got this shiny new toaster oven yesterday. It’s beautiful, but the dementions are all wrong! I would constantly use my old Black & Decker Toaster Oven to bake casserole and other things for my family of 5. The dementions listed for this unit should accommodate my needs, but they are wrong. It’s several inches smaller than described. It’s seriously the only reason I bought the unit. It’s not useful to me being this small. Not at all happy with the false advertisement of this item. I’ll most likely be returning it tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really want give it 4 to 5 star, but...

The machine itself is no problem.
But the bake pan is not easy take care.
First of all, the food trace is not easy remove by hand. So I try the dishwasher.
Because in the care and cleaning Instructions said the bake pan, in warm, sudsy water or in the dishwasher.
So I put my bake pan in the dishwasher. And then completely destroyed. I try to remove those mark, but can't be remove. And I thinking I out of the warrant. So I have to buy new one. And believe or not, It is not cheap

Convenient, efficient cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit surprised by how large this toaster oven was when I took it out of the box. It is large and can hold a good bit of food. I love the pan and the roasting tray that comes with it. I like how the shelves inside can be moved or taken out in order to accommodate larger food items. I have used it to cook egg rolls, french fries, pizza, cookies and some appetizers so far and it has cooked everything perfectly. It did require a quick read of the directions before using it but it was nothing that difficult to understand. I love that it didn't take it very long to preheat and was ready to start cooking in no time. You have to be very careful not to touch the top of the toaster because it is extremely hot.
The only real issue that I had with it was the buttons. It is a bit difficult to see the buttons because there is no light behind them. They are small and hard to see. Also, I hate how you can't just hold down the timer or the temperature button and have it advance or decrease quickly like you would with a regular oven or a clock. You have to stand there and push, push, push the button over and over until it gets to the desired time. If you are cooking something for a long time, this is a time-consuming process. The timer is also very low and doesn't have the greatest sound. It literally dings one time and that's it. You pretty much have to be in the room with it to hear it.
Other than those minor complaints, I like this oven and feel that it is large enough to cook most foods. The trays that come with it are very helpful and it looks sleek and modern sitting on your countertop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Quality, Does not work

I had this oven and I don't use it often. When using it, the start button does not work anymore. Tried it on multiple electric outlet, but does not seem to operate. The fan is quite loud, so the oven is often left unplugged. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful oven

I have enjoyed this oven for a few years now, don't know exactly when I purchased it, but now the start button won't work, which renders it unusable. Disappointed in that function's design. 'Hope to be able to have it fixed.

Amazing design and features!

It has great features, like a timer, dual position rack, also 8 different one-touch functions (bake, broil, toast, bagel, pizza, frozen snacks, potatoes, cookies).
The inside is non-stick for easy clean up. This countertop convectional oven is something every modern kitchen should have. Everyone should enjoy using it , for its simplicity and great looks.

Eliminates the need for multiple small appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this almost daily. We don't have a microwave or toaster. This heats up leftovers, cooks pizza, toasts bread, does it all. It heats evenly, and warms up quickly. The toast button is a great feature, and the other presets as well. the preset buttons are easy to use, but the oven requires a little bit of reading to figure out. The convection oven is a nice addition and heats food up nicely. It was great during the holidays when I needed an extra oven. The only downside is the cord is too short, and the oven takes up a lot of counter space.

I'm the second owner and yes the printing is gone from the buttons. The buttons stick sometimes when you try to change the temperature. I give them a cleaning and usually it works. If not, I cook at a lower temperature. I was wondering, how much energy and cost am l using with the oven. Before I would use a regular toaster or my gas oven. Just wondering???
