Have used this for over two years. Worked great for toasting, baking, etc... until the top elements went out this week. For what we paid, our only wish is that we could have gotten more use out of it

No interior light!

I'm glad it is digital with no loud count down timer - but having no interior light means I'm sending it back. U can't see when your items are browned/ finished cooking. Why would a small toaster oven not have a light? Disappointing

Perfection in Convection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this convection oven for free for a fair honest review. This oven cooks really well. We love it that we can bake with it and not heating up the whole kitchen. Our cookies and pizzas come out evenly cooked. It has several multifunction which makes cooking easy. Quailty buit unit.Very easy to clean and maintain.It looks great on any kitchen setting. Highly recommended.

Start button and some others stopped working

Just over a year old and start button rarely works, same with toast and bagel buttons, basically it is unusable. Very disappointed.

Our year old CT06335S has joined the inoperable club of toasters reviewed on this site. Its troubling that an appliance can fail so catastrophically under normal use and care within such a short time frame from purchase. Our toaster now beeps multiple times when the toast button is pressed (once) and locks the control panel. The heating element turns on and can only be turned off by unplugging the appliance. From reading this site's reviews, it appears these types of deficiencies are relatively common with this model. Black and Decker, please advise as to how to rectify the problem.

Top Elements Broken for second time

First toaster died after a short period with the upper burners no longer working. Got a second toaster and the top burners died again. Used to toast bagels and english muffin nearly everyday but short lived!

Temperature Change buttons not working

I have had this oven for few years now and love it. However since a long time now temperature change buttons for increasing or decreasing the oven temperature have stopped working. It is really a big disappointment. What can be done about that?

I loved the toaster oven for the first year until the temperature bottoms stopped working. Unfortunately you can’t use any cooking options if you can’t change the temperature. Very disappointed in the quality. I would have expected at least a few more years.
