At first I really loved this mini oven. I would bake anything in there, cake, muffins, toast etc. The convection oven option was a plus. However, after 24 months the buttons stop working. I can’t add more time when I need to, I cannot use the convection oven option because the button stopped working. I am able to toast but only have one option (number 4) if I want to adjust the toaster I can’t. I use Lysol wipes to clean the surface and most of the letters erased leaving me to guess some of the other options. It’s so frustrating because the oven works fine I would hate to get rid of it but I miss having all the necessary options that lets you adjust your cooking temperature.

I've had my black and decker conventional countertop oven for a while now and I really love all the preloaded options for cooking quick meals without the mess and wasted space of using a full size oven. Easy to clean tray, lasting quality!

Not any good features!!

I bought this oven to replace using my oven and to use for toasting.
Complaints: the entire unit gets extremely hot even the handle to open.
The functions don't work even after reading the manual. My unit doesn't do any of the features only to turn it on..
Can't set timer, temperature, covection, just to turn on and off..
Even the glass just crashes down on counter?

I bought this a month ago and so far the only con to it is the short cord and/or the side it is on I have to buy an extension (1’) to use it. I had thought it was like the one we have had at work for a couple years but I guess that is progress
..if it performs half as well as our work one then I’ll change to 4 1/2 stars

Great for my 9-year-old daughter

My daughter loved to help me bake, and I wanted her to become more independent. I taught her how to use this oven, and she can use it without much help from me at all. (We are both nervous about her using our range oven.) She has successfully baked many wonderful treats in it. We typically use the lowest rack setting for baking. We use the next lowest setting for toasting and reheating.

Great product, for every day use. Toasting or heating up food, it is easy and fast. Only recommendation would be to have an extra tray holder, so that both levels can be used at same time to cook or heat up food.

We bought this oven (CTO6335S) in 2007 & had to replace it in 2013 because we wore it out. Well, after another 7 years, we had to get another one in 2020. What does that tell you about the oven & its reliability?
