Preparing simple things?

I bought the B&D Digital Convection Oven Model CTO6335S several days ago but am very surprised that "how to" prepare simple meals is not very clear. Even though this is not a microwave oven, surely there is a simple option for reheating a cup of soup; preparing a cup of tea, etc. Would love to get some recipes for these simple items!

Love this convection toaster oven broiler

We had this convention toaster oven about 6 years and it stopped working just recently. We then purchased cheaper model ( knobs) but realized it wasn’t going to work for us as the knobs were very hard to control what’s settings we wanted! So we searched for the digital version ( that’s what we had before! ) We love this Digital one so much! I recommend this Convention digital model. It coast more but for us it is perfect ! love this B&D toaster oven!

can not wait to get it . it is taking way too long to get more of them . i always bought b & d never had a problem . no one i talked to can answer why they are not in . if they are not coming back take the picture down. really tired of waiting.

Some poor design features

I bought two of these because they had the features I wanted and it seemed to be a well designed unit but after using it for a few months I regret buying them. Two issues with the door. BE VERY CAREFUL opening it. It is very easy to burn your knuckles when you grab the door handle an open it. Your knuckles can easily come into contact with the glass door. Another issue with the door. There is no stop on the door when you open it so if you have the unit pulled away from the back wall of the counter and the door extends beyond the counter edge there is the potential of breaking the glass. The size of the text for the controls is very small and hard to read. There text needs to be larger or better yet, if there was some back lighting. Back lighting would also be nice on the digital display. Hard to read right now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Countertop Advantage Convenction Oven/Broi

I bought this several years ago and the Bake pan( drip tray) CTO6301-04 and Broil rack (CTO6301-03) need replacing. Could you help me with this, love the product it is my third one. Thanks for you help
