Unhappy - In less than a year it only toasts

I received this as a gift and less than a year later it only functions as a toaster. Very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm brand new to toaster ovens and air fryers. I have the smaller version of the black n decker toaster oven/air fryer. I WISH it came with an recipe book. But so far I'm VERY happy with it, om older 62 and single so turning on my big oven just wastes power.
I would recommend this to a friend!
