So comfortable and a pleasure to use

I've been using this seat for about a month and find it a pleasure to use.I love the fact that the water is always warm and adjustable to my personal preference.A warm seat to sit down on especially in the Winter time is a pleasure. The only thing that I can say that is slightly negative is that the remote is not lit up to see at night.

Life’s Different Now

Imagine living in black and white and knowing nothing different. After using this bidet, I see in color. I want to take risks, I want to explore, life, simply put, has more meaning. A terrifying moment for many, the thought, nay, confusion that comes with a bidet. Take it from me, take a leap of faith, you won’t regret it.

A massive step up from an attachment!

I finished installing this unit today, replacing my Tushy attachment bidet. The suite of features on this thing is worth the price tag, at least in my opinion. It's quickly becoming my favorite appliance, despite only a single use. I've been playing with the bevy of settings and know it'll take a while to get things perfect, but it's incredible just how adjustable this is. My sole complaint is that the instructions are a bit generic, and I did end up needing to reach out to someone who knew a tad more about plumbing than me. Of course, that could easily just be a matter of my specific toilet being problematic, as it's not easy to make things perfectly universal. Still, that inconvenience isn't enough to dissuade me from giving 5 stars. Solid product, very pleased.

So Glad I Bought This!!

I am so happy with our new BioBidet. We should have done this years ago. All the adjustments you can make to find what suits you best, make it perfect. The only negative I would say is the dryer. After it runs awhile it is kind of hot where it is located. When I turn it down, the temp., then it takes quite a while to dry.

Best Purchase Ever!!

We made the choice a few years ago to purchase a bidet to save some money on toilet paper, wet wipes and moist toilet paper. We had also heard great things about bidets and how much cleaner and better they are. That was the best choice ever! We then decided recently that we wanted to upgrade and have the ability to have a bidet on both toilets that we have in our home. That was when we came across the Discovery DLS and decided to order it. Another amazing choice! We love all the new features that it has! The auto open shut feature is amazing, the adjustability is very helpful and the best part of all is the heated air dry! It has just been an amazing upgrade and asset to our family and I just can not imagine our lives without it!

I installed a Discovery DLS in my master bath up north, loved it so much, I ordered another one for my master bath down south. Love the heated seat, thenightlight, the pre-flush, what a phenomenal product.

From BB-1000 to Discovery DLS!!!!

For three years during the pandemic, we used a BB-1000. We decided to upgrade and found that the Discovery DLS is not only slimmer, but better and gentler on the user. We have our BB-1000 in for repair, but we're probably going to keep it as spare as Discovery DLS is a super product. If you're looking for a bidet, and want a slimmer form factor and easier to clean, the Discovery DLS is the best. This is completely better than the Toto I had in Japan. Also the Customer Service and RMA process is beyond compare, service is #1 and folks like Becky are FANTASTIC. Thanks again BioBidet(Bemis)!!!

UV light sterylizer clinches this nominatiom

This install was a no-brainer. It provided easy to follow instructions and i had it up and working in an hour. My gf is very impressed with the UV and water sterylizer. But the automatic lid opening when entering the bathroom is a luxury i didnt know i wanted until i tried it. Then sitting on a pre-warmed seat is obscenely pleasurable. But wait! Not many people know of its secret constipation reliever. Im not joking. I started reading, as a matter of habit, the entire instruction booklets that come with a new product. That valuable tidbit of info was a surprise though ive yet to have the presumed pleasure of the remedy.
