Bad customer experience - wouldnt recommend to anyone

I bought the product a week ago. Had very bad experience, ordered self propelled lawn mower but received the manual. When I contacted the customer care to replace the item with self propelled, they weren't helpful either. Would never recommend to anyone with this bad experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charged up the batteries, put the handle on and nothing happened. No instruction book in the box. So I have no clue what is wrong. Dont recommend.

We find that customers often try to do it at the exact same time, which results in the unit not always starting. Borrowed a friend"s mower and I knew I wanted one for my garden. I was given the trmmer/edger. It is a little heavy but after using it once I found a rhythm that worked.

Best Lawnmower ever Owned

This is the first time I've bought an electric lawnmower. Its very easy to use and don't have to bother with the gas. The battery kept a charge for the entire lawn and was able to switch the battery to a trimmer and still not use the entire charge. Great lawnmower with a great warranty attached to it. I will definitely use Greenworks products in the future.
