Only used it once thus far and had to cut back months of overgrowth. It did a good job overall. It will take a little while to get the touch to keep from digging into grass. I would recommend this battery operated 80 Volt edger

I like the unit. Very powerful and a space saver. My only issue is I'm just not use to balancing an edger. So that's the learning curve for me. I figure after a dozen more tries I'll be good to go and the unit will be perfect.

Bought the 80v cordless edger to replace my corded edger. The 80v cordless edger does a better job than my corded electric edger ever did. It is easier to use (no extension cord), is quieter, and does a much better job than the electric edger. I would definitely recommend this edger.

The 80v edger runs with power that rivas that of an electric plug in competitor without the hassle of the chord. Worth the purchase unless you don’t mind holding your string trimmer in an awkward position to do the edging. If you have a lot of edging to do then it’s probably better to get the tool designed to do it. The battery life also lasts a long time.
